I’m going to take a break from biotech. The group has done so well, it is due for a correction. Instead, in this issue I want to focus on energy. The energy ETF XLE rose 15% from Feb. 28 through June 19, 2014, and the market (SPY) was up 6% during the same time frame. The biotech ETF IBB fell 19% from Feb. 28 to April 15, 2014.
